When I did the commercial shoot for Bumbleride's 2010 collection, all of the strollers were amazing, but the Flite really caught my eye. It was small, lightweight and looked awesome....yet had so many functions that "big" strollers had (recline/backrest, footrest, car seat compatibility, etc) ....without having to lug around all of the extra weight/size! The first thing I said was "Man! Where was this a few years ago!?". I was jealous and wished that the Flite had been around back when PJ was still in a stroller....instead of the "brand name" stroller I had (that I *thought* was great...at the time - HA!). Back when PJ was a baby, I decided to browse Etsy one day and came across the cutest handmade bibs made by Jenny of Colby Lane Designs. It was the adorable custom fabrics that first caught my eye, but after ordering a few, I was in LOVE. Not only were they SUPER cute, but they were reversible with plush chenille on the back side, so they were nice and soft, AND soaked up drool like no other! Not ONCE did PJ soak through a bib after that...whether it was drool, milk, water, food, etc.  I immediately bought a good supply and used them forever (basically up until PJ no longer needed bibs)....and guess what?...even after years of use and many, many washes, they were STILL in great enough condition to give away, sell, donate, etc. I LOVE these bibs and still buy them as gifts for baby showers, b-days, etc :)

Emma just turned 2 years old....and for the first part of the shoot, she let us know ;) The most heard word of the shoot?..... "No!" ;) With toddlers (ok, kids in general), it can be hit or miss. With Emma, it started out a little worrisome for her parents. I could see that they were worried about how the shoot was going....but I reassured them that with toddlers, this is how it goes. Everything is on THEIR terms, so you just have to sit back and let nature take it's course. Although it started out a little rocky, shortly after, it was all smiles and giggles....and honestly, sometimes that's all you need is just a few minutes. After filling her brief "2 year old" quota, it was all uphill from there. Laughs, playing, smiles, cuteness, songs, dogs, and most importantly...lollipops, were all we needed :) Check out adorable miss Emma, her daddy AND her gorgeous (expecting) mama......
